The GTZ commissioned the SRC to conduct a stakeholder analysis of EPA implementation. The main objective of the report is to provide a comprehensive picture of the key stakeholders involved in the implementation of the EPA in CARIFORUM and give a summary overview of their mandate, responsibilities, positions and interests as well as perceived needs in terms of technical assistance.
